Call center automatic system
I Activate the integration between zoho crm and twilio and I want to be able to give zoho CSV file off clients numbers and it do the calls for me when some one answer transfare it to one of the zoho users who is available can I bulid that.
I think the twilio system service me with all api I need .
Advice me with best way .
