Calls notifications not appearing
Just recently integrated elastix pbx to our Zoho CRM account and last week we were getting calls notifications. Calls pop up appears at the lower right side of the screen.
But now there are no notifications at all. We don't know how to resolve this and we cannot find any documentation for this matter in the internet.
Please help us resolve this.
