Can GMail aliases be used with Desk or are dedicated email addresses required?
The thread title says it all. Let's suppose I create (2) Desk departments:
PC Support
iPad support
Can I use two gmail
aliases
like this?
PCsupport@mycompany.com
link to
PCsupport@mycompany.zohodesk.com
iPadsupport@mycompany.com
link to
iPadsupport@mycompany.zohodesk.com
Or do I need to create (2) dedicated Gmail addresses?
