If I have translated a form into a second language, can I pass a unique field value to an integration based on the language of the form the user submitted a response using?

Example: If I have a contact form in English and French, and a user submits a response using the French version of the form, can I pass a value to a custom field in Zoho CRM?

I would like to track a user's preferred language based on the language of the form they submit a response via. This doesn't appear to be possible using the native Zoho CRM integration from within Zoho Forms, nor does it appear possible using Zoho Flow as the language code doesn't seem to be passed along with the response.
