Ideally we are looking for a CRM that has the ability for our clients/prospects to fill out a Form (Zoho Forms??) such that each Form Field data entry will auto populate a field we designate in the CRM (Zoho CRM).  Is this possible, and if so, is there any specific information detailed about how this works and what is and is not possible?

We'd like our clients/prospects to have a client login ability where we setup the type of access/permission as well.  This would go hand in hand with above inquiry.
