I'm using Phonebridge and Twilio to dial-out and get the popup.  Popup seems to be working but I can no longer hear ringing or speaking on the other end no matter how long I wait.  Seems to be a poor integration with Windows Sounds.  Anyone know of a solution?  I've changed the speakers and recorders, but nothing seems to fix the issue.
