I am trying to connect my Blackberry Q10 to Zoho to allow me to sync my contacts and calendars (I can also do the email just via a POP account)

The Zoho guide is here: http://zsync.zohosites.com/BlackBerry.html but the link to download their sync app ( https://msync.zoho.com/bbsync)  does not work and redirects me back to a different page where I can't download anything.

I did try adding in the details from this link but it says my credentials are invalid when attempting to connect:

http://email.about.com/od/Zoho-Mail/f/What-Are-The-Zoho-Mail-Exchange-Activesync-Settings.htm

Any help would be great.
