Can we get technician Permissions on the Roadmap?
As an MSP, we need the ability to control which client computers our technicians can access. The lack of this feature prevents us using Zoho Assist more fully. Here are some very common reasons why this feature is needed:
- Security concerns may only permit 1 technician to access confidential information. The stems from the security principal of least privilege.
- Technicians work on specific accounts. We don't grant them access to ALL of our client's computers.
- We do not want a 1st tier technician to access the computer of the owner of one of our client's companies.
I look forward to hearing from the development team about when this feature can be rolled out to IT companies that are Zoho Assist clients.
