Can Zoho automatically create a new folder in Docs when an account is made in CRM?

Can Zoho automatically create a new folder in Docs when an account is made in CRM?

Didn't seem to see how to do this, we have the $20 Zoho plan (or will potentially soon).  Maybe I'm missing this but can Docs and CRM sync?  So ideally, I make an account in Zoho, and it automatically creates a folder in Docs.  That's the main thing that I want.  What would be even better though is any files I save into that folder like using the desktop app, are visible from Zoho.  Mainly just wondering if there's a way to have it automatically make folders.
