We are in the analysis phase of our FSM (Field Service Management) application on Zoho Creator and I was curious if Zoho Bookings could be used as a customer faced interface for service plans created for their service cases which are planned on this FSM application.

Can the customers be routed to Zoho Bookings for them to be able to see the status of their service case and also be able to check their service history, service plan status, service case invoices etc?

Does the Zoho Bookings app also have a browser based UI?
