Hi,

It really would be good if Billing could take subscription management further with cancellations & being able to apply or set a cancellation fee for a plan that is either fixed or prorated.

It is not uncommon in subscriptions for cancellation fees to apply within a set criteria i.e. gym memberships, mobile phone plans or even TV subscription services. I really think it would allow much greater control on subscription management and elevate the application more rather than restrict business models who are already using the product, but need things to go further for their own business growth.

It really isn't practical to have to send a separate invoice for a cancellation. I see this working possibly the same way the Late Fee feature works.

I have raised this with my Regional Account Manager & the Principal Account Manager for the UK for this to be looked into as I feel this would help businesses.
