Cannot access my website

Hi, for some reason it was saying my domain name was already taken when I tried to purchase it through Zoho so I purchased it from https://www.whois.com/ and then I followed instructions and signed up for CloudFlare but my site has an error 503. shaysvirtualcoins.com Please help!
