I am also having this issue with my students' accounts.  On Friday I had 32 students sign up to zoho however today none of them can access it, it says that their accounts are inactive.  Perhaps we are having the problem based on our network?  We are in China and I am teaching 12th grade computing.  My students need to work on a document collaboratively and I've been using zoho for years to do so and never had this problem before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

An example of one of my student's emails is: Alexis_March1_2016@outlook.com

All my other students also have their emails in the same format.
