Can't add user to Ring Central integration
I have one user, a new user who I can't connected through the Ring Central integration. When I go to Manage Users and add another user, her name doesn't pop up. I have checked and double checked her security settings and they match the other 5 users just fine. I just can't figure this out. I have uninstalled and installed the Ring Central app twice. The only thing I haven't done is remove her as a user and re-add her.
