Hello Zoho Team,

I would like clarification regarding Zoho Forms pricing and user limits.

I am planning to subscribe to the ₹700/month (1 user) plan.

My use case is as follows:

  • Only 1 person (myself) will create and manage forms and approval workflows.
  • Around 9–10 people will only fill and submit forms using a same domain email id .
  • These users will not edit forms, not manage workflows, and not access the Zoho Forms admin panel.
  • Some users may act as approvers via email or approval link.

I would like confirmation on the following:

  1. Does the 1-user paid plan allow unlimited form submissions by other users (respondents)?
  2. Do form submitters or approvers require paid Zoho Forms user licenses?
  3. Can approvals be completed without a Zoho login under this plan?

Please confirm whether this setup is fully supported under the 1-user plan, or if additional paid users are required.
