Complex Document Merging + Sharing with CRM, Writer and Workdrive

Hello everyone!

I have the following complex request. All the parts can be done separately, bur there s nothing I can find that will automate this.

Due to intellectual property constraints and personalized service, we would like to send to our CRM contacts a particular document in a stage of the sales process.

This document would be ideally been merged with their personal details, such as name, to create a unique document. The would be stored in workdrive or anywhere, and a LINK to access to this documents would be sent to the customer. The link would then expire at a set given time after being sent, for example, 2 weeks.

So far, I have been unable to do something like this. However, my pain is that I have been able to do all these sings, separately:

- I can create a Mail merge template, use Mail Merge and send the documents as a FILE (No way to add expiry date here)
- I can create the Mail merge, save it as a document in a given folder in workdrive, then go to the workdrive, find it, go to share, but I can only add an ugly message, the email is sent by Zoho to de user and not us, we have to manually add the email address of the client, create a new external share link each time and remember to add the expiry date, plus it is many steps. 

Is there any way to get closer to the "Ideal" scenario? Going to the CRM, clicking something there, using the template, creating the document and sending the share link with pre defined external link sharing permissions?
