Compose Emails Faster Using Templates and Snippet

Hello everyone, 

We have made an enhancement to the Send as Email option in Tickets. Agents can use templates and snippets to draft their response, which helps save time and maintain consistency.

The Send as Email page will display the available templates and snippets for agents to choose from. New snippets can also be created from this page.

 



Agents can then review the content, add attachments if needed, and send the email.
