Connected, waiting for response

Hi, im just trialing Zoho Assist and coming a bit unstuck... everything installs ok, there is a green dot next to the computername in the console and the machine is registering as online... but when I connect it goes through the motions - Starting support session - Connected, waiting for response. but then never completes the connection.

any ideas?!
