connection to Ring Central so all users calls are logged in

I am a small office.  The office consists of myself and two assistants.  We use Ring Central for our phone service.  How do I get all call logs (both inbound and outbound) from all users pulled into Zoho and accessible to all users?  

Here is an example: Client John Doe calls in to the office.  User Sue True answers and takes a note; I want User Jack Lewis to be able to see the call details, including the note.  How do I do that?
