À la suite de notre précédente publication, nous revenons avec quelques fonctionnalités supplémentaires pour le RGPD dans Zoho CRM.
Traitement des demandes des personnes concernées
Les personnes concernées peuvent exercer leurs droits par le biais d'un portail ou par e-mail ou par téléphone. Vous pouvez désormais suivre les demandes de vos personnes concernées et les traiter en temps opportun depuis Zoho CRM.
Allez à l’onglet Confidentialité des données dans la page des détails de l’enregistrement (pour les modules RGPD) et vous verrez alors une section appelée Demandes des personnes concernées.
Lorsque vous recevez la demande par téléphone ou e-mail, vous pouvez l'ajouter manuellement depuis la page des détails de l'enregistrement.
Lorsque vos personnes concernées ajoutent une demande via le portail, la demande est automatiquement consignée par rapport à leur enregistrement dans Zoho CRM. Une fois la demande ajoutée, des actions appropriées peuvent être initiées pour répondre à la demande en fonction de son type.
Par exemple, lorsque vous ajoutez une nouvelle Demande d'exportation de données, vous serez immédiatement invité à utiliser trois boutons pour honorer la demande - Envoyer un e-mail, Fermer la demande et Supprimer la demande. En cliquant sur Envoyer un e-mail, vous pouvez saisir votre contenu dans la fenêtre contextuelle de l’e-mail où l'enregistrement est automatiquement joint en tant que fichier CSV. Vous pouvez également supprimer la demande ou même la fermer une fois qu’elle a été traitée.
Vous pouvez même suivre les demandes de vos personnes concernées dans le tableau de bord Vue d'ensemble depuis
Configuration>Paramètres de conformité>Vue d’ensemble.

Préférences de conformité au RGPD
Nous avons maintenant ajouté plus de paramètres pour le traitement du consentement et des données personnelles sous l'onglet Préférences de vos paramètres Conformité au RGPD.
Période d'attente :
Lorsque vous choisissez consentement comme base légale pour traiter les données de vos personnes concernées, vous pouvez envoyer un formulaire de consentement pour obtenir leur consentement dans Zoho CRM.
Sous Paramètres de consentement, vous pouvez maintenant spécifier une période d'attente pour obtenir le consentement. Et lorsque cette période d'attente est passée, l'enregistrement sera déplacé vers le statut Non répondu et sera automatiquement verrouillé.
Actions lorsque le consentement n'est pas obtenu :
Vous pouvez également choisir ce que vous voulez faire d'un document lorsque le consentement est à l’étape En attente. Vous pouvez choisir de :
- Traiter les données comme d'habitude
- Arrêter le traitement des données
- Restreindre certaines actions comme E-mail, Appel, Modification, Accès aux données par API, etc.
Traitement des données personnelles :
Sous Traitement des données personnelles, vous pouvez empêcher que les données stockées dans les champs personnels soient transférées vers d'autres applications Zoho, des applications tierces, l’API et par des exportations.
