we are using webforms in our website. so we know that the setup is ok. we can get gclid information to zoho crm as expected. 

and with this gclid zoho gets adwords information about that lead from google adwords. 

but time to time I can see that gclid is populated but we don't have any other information. I know that zoho gets these details each 48 hours but we have some old leads that does gclid but does not have other information (like keywords etc)
