Hi all, I am still at the beginning of the setup. 

1. I have already linked Zoho CRM and Zoho Invoice. I have created the link in Zoho invoice. I have created a quote in both modules. However, the quotes are not synced with each other. I have seen that I can also create a link to Zoho invoice in Zoho CRM. Is this mandatory so that I can sync quotes and invoices back and forth from the other module in both modules?

2. Then in Zoho CRM and in Zoho Invoice I need to create templates for quotes, invoices etc separately. I don't understand the sense. Do you basically decide whether to write quotes and invoices in CRM or in Zoho Invoice or do you really need to configure the same templates in both modules?
