Hi- I am trying out ZoHo and need the following solution for my business (I am in the entertainment industry):
CRM (which you have)....and I need to be able to create events and schedule my employees for those events which my CRM customers hire us for. I would like to be able to see all employee communication for those events in ZoHo and once an employee is assigned to one event, I would like the system to not allow me to assign him somewhere else. Is there some combination of ZoHo products that can do this?
