I am evaluating Zoho CRM for my Company and Overall like the functionality I see. One question I have is with respect to documents attached to CRM accounts, contact, etc.

How are they backed up and is there a bulk export option to archive them on a company Server as well? Is there a way to Access this documents via Zoho Docs or even via Windows Explorer?
