CRM IMAP integratoin with Zoho Mail

Some users have lost the sync for email sent from a Zoho Mail group email address. The emails are not showing against the record in the CRM. The sync has been working for everyone until a couple of weeks ago. We have thousands of examples of it working in the past. Unfortunately support keep telling us it shouldn't have worked at all. Does anyoen else have the magic ability to sync emails from a group email address?
