CRM integration with Zoho mail and Cal
I there a way to integrate the Zoho mail Calendar with CRM. I am trying to sync to a google Calendar 2 ways and it seems it is not working as described. I can create items in CRM that will be synced to Zoho Calendar, but I am unable to create in google that will sync into the CRM. I have the ability to add different Calendars as ical format into Google, that at least shows the calendar. As for 2 way sync from Google or Zoho Mail calendar I have had no luck. Any one else had any luck? If I am unable to solve, I may have to look for another tool
The fact that the mail, Cal, and CRM do not fully talk is a show stopper if you are looking to manage a team working remote,
