CRM not saving inbound messages from Zoho mail
We have just integrated Zoho mail into our Zoho CRM and I'm very pleased.
However, I'm puzzled by the fact that CRM does not keep a copy of the inbound message when it gets deleted from my inbox in Zoho mail.
Am I doing something wrong? I can't believe that all messages have to be left in the mail's inbox system for eternity.
Any help appreciated.
