We are currently experiencing some issues with Workflow Rules in CRM. When field updates are triggered and highlighted inside the record, there will be a popup showing highlighted fields updated in the background.
If you click on the "OK, Got it" button inside the popup without the "Manage Automation" Profile permission, then a permission denied error will be displayed.
Also, in CRM while adding Notes if you @ mention users their names will not be displayed.
We are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible. I'll update here as soon as a fix is deployed. Please submit any issues to your dedicated support email.
