Deleted an old website and started a new one, but I'm not allowed to publish the site.

I deleted the old site I had on zoho, and created a brand new one from scratch. However, when I went to "publish" the new site, it says I need to link my domain. I've tried to forward using the DNS on godaddy, but it's still not letting me publish the new website. Everything is configured in zoho mail... it's just the website, I'm having problems with.
