I've used a default Ticket Report to create a custom Report, i can save it but i cannot run it after saving with error "You Have No Permission to Perform this Action".
1. Open Zoho Desk
2. Go to Reports
3. Open "All Overdue Tickets"
3. Customize as follow:
- Reports type:
Matrix Reports
- Grouping:
1. Specify Row
Created Time - Ascending - Month & Year
2. Specify Column
Priority - Ascending
- Columns to total:
Record Count
- Criteria
Created Time - Current FY
4. Save as - give it a name and save.
5. Tried to open it, shows the error message "You Have No Permission to Perform this Action"
Profile = Support administrator. All permissions enabled
