Desktop Sync- Appears to hang

I am uploading our network content to soho workspaces. I am using the desktop sync so that the server may remain in sync with the soho workspaces. I have about 500gb of files. this has been running for three days and even after stopping and restarting sync it appears to be hanging. The sync shows validating (folder name) when I restart, and then it shows "synching" bit a I monitor it from soho docs on the web I see no new files added.

any thoughts?
