I  schedule and assign calls in Zoho using the calls module. I would assume this is how most people manage calls. The problem I'm having is that all of the dialer integrations I've seen so far don't actually work with the call module. They just allow you to start a dial session that calls through a certain segment of leads or contacts. 

The problem with this is that if I create a view that shows all leads with an open call activity and dial through that list, the dialer will create and log a new call record for each call rather than updating and dispositioning the scheduled call record I already have in the system. 

I realize that there are various ways to set up an automated workflow without the call module, but why would I want to do that? The call module is set up to schedule and record calls. I just want to be able to use for that purpose, rather than resorting to some roundabout method of scheduling future calls using lead/contact fields which can be updated directly by the dialer. I want a dialer that can work with my scheduled call records directly.
