Direct Access and Better Search for Zoho Quartz Recordings
Hi Zoho Team,
We would like to request a few enhancements to improve how Zoho Quartz recordings are accessed and managed after being submitted to Zoho Support.
Current Limitation:
After submitting a Quartz recording, the related Zoho Support ticket displays only the text/details of the submission — not the recording itself.
To view the actual video, we must open the Quartz portal separately and manually search for the relevant recording, which is cumbersome when handling multiple tickets.
Requested Enhancements:
- Direct Recording Link in Support Tickets
Add a clickable link inside the Zoho Support ticket that opens the Quartz recording directly.
- Search Quartz Recordings by Ticket ID
Allow searching for the recordings in the Quartz portal using the Zoho Support Ticket ID they were submitted with.
- Search Quartz Recordings by Subject
Allow searching for the recordings in the Quartz portal by the recording or ticket subject.

- Faster access to recordings
- Better traceability between tickets and recordings
- Less friction for customers and support teams
- Improved overall support efficiency
