DNS manager not available for Paid Plan

DNS manager not available for Paid Plan

we need DNS manager access for some alternations in SIte settings. We have also purchases Standard plan of Rs.6000/- per year which was conveyed to us as requirement and that free plan can not have DNS manager. But still, we are not able to view those settings? How can we proceed? Why I am not able to view those settings even after upgrading the plan?
