Our organisation has not added client users yet to Zoho but we are currently exploring how we can use the document Review and Approval Workflow to send out project updates to clients. While testing, we found that we can only pick users as approvers. Is there any way we can have the document sent out to a client for approval in the workflow without adding them on as users?
