It seems SEO reports indicate that https://www.hawaiicarrentaldiscount.com and https://www.hawaiicarrentaldiscount.com/mobile/ create a duplicate title, duplicate description. and duplicate content.

Is the duplicate page creating an SEO penalty? All the pages in that site are duplicates because they all have a "mobile" page. Is there a problem? If there is a problem, is there a solution?
