Does PhoneBridge track calls made through Skype?
I am evaluating CRM solutions and I like the functionality of PhoneBridge to track outbound calls. We are a small company with 3 telesales reps who work from home offices. The ability to track calls is high priority and worth the extra money.
- Does PhoneBridge track calls made through Skype link?
- If not, Is there a work around?
- Any other ideas to track outbound calls (activity) when using Zoho CRM that is automated?
