SOLVED: Drop down on Navigation Bar Tab is not working

The CSS file was touched by me caused problem. Fixed it to original and solved the concern.

From last 2 days the drop down items are not being displayed in navigation bar drop down in developer mode. website Indiatractors.com. The website is working fine on server but I am unable to edit any page from drop down list.
