Edit more indepth HTML and CSS in new UI

Does anyone know of the location of more indepth documentation for the new website builder? I'm trying to reduce the padding on a section for example and can't find anything that even vaguely explains how I would do that. Can't seem to find a "sections" are in css or face so any help would be much appreciated.
