I am doing the purchase workflows. When we realize that when a customer makes a purchase, they enter in the workflow even if the payment is rejected or erroneous.

I'm using the Purchase Follow-up trigger to start the workflow then select my shop and the product.

How can this be fixed? People who have not paid are receiving emails and access to products that have not paid...

Does anyone know how to start a workflow from a purchase or how to differentiate a wrong purchase from a correct one?
