Email about changing CNAME records

All of my Zoho Sites are down with no notice.

I received the instructions to change DNS records but I can't follow them for sites where I registered the domain through Zoho. I would have thought that if you are changing name server IP addresses, that the domains purchased through you would work automatically. Now I am stuck. Please help.

"Make the following changes in Zoho Sites builder.
  • Login to Zoho Sites, go to Manage >> Settings >> Domains.
  • Make www.yourdomain.com (domain with www) as your primary domain. --> I ordered the domain from you. When I click on the bubble to mark the www version as the primary domain, it is now green but says I have not configured the domain. The site is still down.
    Make the following changes in Zoho Sites builder.
    • Login to Zoho Sites, go to Manage >> Settings >> Domains.
    • Make www.yourdomain.com (domain with www) as your primary domain.

Make the following changes in your domain manager.
  • Set domain forwarding for yourdomain.com to www.yourdomain.com.
  • Set CNAME for www and point it to zhs.zohosites.com.
  • Remove the A Record pointing to (xx.xxx.xxx.xxx - removed for security reasons)"
