I am having some issues in syncing between the three types.

My Company uses the CRM feature and most people use the CRM calendar.

I wish to have this synced to my Ical for iPhone syncing.

I have a couple of issues.

1. There is an auto sync with CRM to calendar however it is only an overall sync i.e. 10 different users but syncs as a single user (Zoho CRM Calendar).
2. Can this be separated to each individual user so that I can see everyone's as a individual entry?
3. Is there a way once the CRM is individualised (under App Calendar) to be copied/replicated to My Calendar so that it individually can then be synced to Ical?
4. If I use the Calendar directly (not through CRM) and then share/sync to my Ical, it only comes up as "Busy" in my Ical calendar.
5. How do I have the a My Calendar entry show up as more than just Busy?
