It appears that if I delete an email from the Emails tab in Zoho CRM, it deletes it from the linked email to the Contact in CRM.
Any way to fix this? I do not want to have a folder with thousands of emails. I know that other CRM's will save the message in the database so deleting from the source (Zoho mail) does not remove from the contact/lead/opportunity.
Zoho mail is pulling from my POP 3 account.
Any help is appreciated as this is a very important part of my tracking.
