Enabling IMAP in Zoho CRM & Mail
We upgraded our CRM subscription software for the express purpose of using IMAP. I understand you are in beta and still working on the integration for IMAP with CRM and have removed the email tab in CRM until that integration is completed. So....we went through the process as instructed to enable IMAP. The tab went away as expected. So we are sending emails from CRM with history showing up fine. However, not seeing any incoming email in the account. So.....we went to Zoho email to retrieve email with no problem except it is not IMAPed. It is still showing up as POP. How do I change that to IMAP so emails sent and received in Zoho CRM or Zoho email will be IMAPed? Also, how do I change the port settings in Zoho eMail for my third party host email?
