Hi, I have a new end user / customer who cannot access our Desk support portal. He has received his welcome email, but inhis words:
"When I go to the support activation page, it tells I am registering under "_____". I type my password, It shows me the green strength of password line. I type it in again to confirm. No strength of password line on confirmation line. "register" appears active. I click on it and nothing happens. No error message, no sign of activity, nothing."
I opened up a Live chat window with Zoho, they suggested that he go to Chrome settings>>Site Settings>>Cookies and Data>>Disable "Block Third Party cookies". He has tried this, as well as clearing his history and cache, and using a different browser (Firefox). Nothing seems to work for him and he is very frustrated at the whole process (as am I, at this point).
Any help would be appreciated.
