ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR on my site

Can't access my site from anywhere, just get ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

A more technical friend of mine says there's an issue with the server - any ideas? I haven't changed anything in Zoho or my domain settings other than putting an SPF record in for Zoho Mail
