error in gmail integration

The integration within gmail stopped working (it used to work). Browser is Chrome.

This is the text written where usually one creates a lead or contact from within a mail:

Unable to retrieve spec for https://gapps.zoho.com/xml/zCRM.xml. HTTP error 504
