Error message when attempting to publish
An error message appears saying zoho is "unable to process the request" when I am in the final stages of purchasing a domain name to publish my website. I have two tickets pending from the last 2 days and would really appreciate an answer to this problem. I have tried purchasing on two different browsers but am still unable to publish.
