"Error occurred while publishing." I cannot publish my website.

Hello, I just got my account back from being activated and I was said to reply back to the email and I did and I still havent heard a response but I cannot publish my website now, it gives me an error, also whenever I goto my website I get a 404 that the site doesn't exist. Trintion.com
