Error when attempting to link Zoho CRM to Zapier

Hello,

I am trying to link Zoho CRM to Zapier so I can upload the leads to SendPulse, an email marketing platform. I have done what is asked, input the token and linked all fields. However I get this at the "Test This Step" step. I do not know how to fix this, please help. Thank you.
